Ingredients (serves 24)

  • 2 cups yogurt ; plain
  • 1 large cucumber ; peeled and seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup mint ; fresh chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic ; crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • You will also need: food processor Buy on Amazon, cheesecloth Buy on Amazon

    Directions

    Strain the yogurt with a cheesecloth (or a coffee filter) over a large bowl for 3 to 4 hours to remove excess liquid.

    Combine all other ingredients in a food processor. Stir in the strained yogurt and combine well.

    Refrigerate the mixture for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
