Ingredients (serves 4)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 1 whole broccoli ; 1 package frozen
  • 1 whole cauliflower ; 1 package frozen
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese ; shredded
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • 0.66666667 cup milk ; 2/3 cup milk

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 40 min | Ready in: 55 min
    Prepare veggies according to package directions, drain and place in greased casserole dish.
    Mix milk and soup together.
    Spread cheese and 3/4 of the canned onion rings over the veggies then pour milk and soup over the top.
    Cover with remaining onion rings.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until it bubbles up through.
