  • 2520 onions ; finely chopped
  • 630 tablespoons parsley
  • 3150 potatoes ; mashed
  • 630 sticks butter
  • black pepper ; to taste
  • 1260 egg(s)
  • 6300 slices white bread ; stale, torn into chunks

     Prep: 20 min | Cook: 40 min | Ready in: 1 hr
    Add butter to mashed potatoes. Mix in onions, bread, salt, pepper, parsley and savory. Add eggs when mixture has cooled down. Stuff turkey and cook accordingly. This can also be baked by itself, uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees F. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
