  • 1.875 cups oatmeal
  • 0.9375 cup butter
  • 1.875 cups brown sugar
  • 1.875 cups sugar

  • 1.875 teaspoons nutmeg

    Pour water over oatmeal, let stand. Cream the butter and sugar, add eggs. Add oatmeal and dry ingredients, then the nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
