Ingredients (serves 100440)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 6277 1/2 cups sugar
  • 12555 pie shell ; 9-inch, unbaked
  • 12555 cups corn syrup
  • 37665 egg(s) ; lightly beaten
  • 6277 1/2 sticks butter
  • 12555 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 12555 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 12555 pinches salt
  • 18832 1/2 cups pecans ; shelled

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 45 min | Ready in: 1 hr
    1. Preheat oven to 450F.
    2. Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs.
    3. Stir in other ingredients.
    4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    5. Bake for 10 minutes, then at 325 F for 30 - 40 minutes until done.
