  • 29889 cups oatmeal ; divided
  • 79704 tablespoons olive oil
  • 39852 tablespoons honey
  • 39852 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 39852 teaspoons oregano ; dried
  • 39852 teaspoons basil ; dried
  • 9963 cups egg substitute, liquid
  • 9963 teaspoons salt

  • 9963 cups applesauce

    Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 425F (218C). Stir 1/2 cup of the oatmeal, basil, salt, garlic powder, oregano and flour in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except for the rest of the outmeal. Pour this in to the flour mixture and stir until combined. Overmixing may cause the muffins to be tough. Spoon batter into the muffin coups, filling to about 3/4 full. Sprinkle with remaining oats. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Remove muffins and cool.
