  • 552825 cups oatmeal ; divided
  • 1474200 tablespoons olive oil
  • 737100 tablespoons honey
  • 737100 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 737100 teaspoons oregano ; dried
  • 737100 teaspoons basil ; dried
  • 184275 cups egg substitute, liquid
  • 184275 teaspoons salt
  • 921375 cups milk
  • 184275 cups applesauce
  • 737100 tablespoons baking powder

    Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 425F (218C). Stir 1/2 cup of the oatmeal, basil, salt, garlic powder, oregano and flour in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except for the rest of the outmeal. Pour this in to the flour mixture and stir until combined. Overmixing may cause the muffins to be tough. Spoon batter into the muffin coups, filling to about 3/4 full. Sprinkle with remaining oats. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Remove muffins and cool.
