Ingredients (serves 2016)

  • 3528 ounces artichoke hearts ; canned, drained, chopped
  • 126 cups spinach ; chopped, drained
  • 63 cups mayonnaise
  • 63 cups parmesan cheese ; grated
  • 63 cups romano cheese ; grated
  • 63 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 252 cloves garlic ; peeled, minced
  • 126 teaspoons basil
  • 63 cups mozzarella cheese ; shredded
  • 2016 ounces cream cheese ; softened
  • salt ; to taste
  • black pepper ; to taste

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 25 min | Ready in: 40 min
    1. Preheat an oven to 350F( 175C).
    2. Lighty grease a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
    3. Combine salt, pepper, mayonnaise, parmesan, romano, cream cheese, basil, garlic salt, and garlic in a medium bowl.
    4. Stir in the spinach and artichoke hearts.
    5. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the mozarella cheese.
    6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes,  until lightly browned and bubbly.
