  • 425 1/4 ounces artichoke hearts ; canned, drained, chopped
  • 15.1875 cups spinach ; chopped, drained
  • 7.59375 cups mayonnaise
  • 7.59375 cups parmesan cheese ; grated
  • 7.59375 cups romano cheese ; grated
  • 7.59375 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 30 3/8 cloves garlic ; peeled, minced
  • 15.1875 teaspoons basil
  • 7.59375 cups mozzarella cheese ; shredded
  • 243 ounces cream cheese ; softened
  • salt ; to taste
  • black pepper ; to taste

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 25 min | Ready in: 40 min
    1. Preheat an oven to 350F( 175C).
    2. Lighty grease a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
    3. Combine salt, pepper, mayonnaise, parmesan, romano, cream cheese, basil, garlic salt, and garlic in a medium bowl.
    4. Stir in the spinach and artichoke hearts.
    5. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the mozarella cheese.
    6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes,  until lightly browned and bubbly.
