  • 46656 tablespoons butter
  • 11664 teaspoons chipotle seasoning
  • 46656 cups onions
  • 23328 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 93312 tablespoons brown sugar

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 30 min
    1. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add sweet potato and onion. Cook for 10 minutes or until onions are translucent and sweet potato is tender.
    3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    4. Cook, uncovered until brown on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Turn potatoes over and cook until brown on the other side.
