Ingredients (serves 10728)

  • 5364 pounds chicken; ground
  • 5364 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 5364 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 5364 egg(s) ; beaten
  • 1786.212 cups bread crumbs
  • 2682 pounds spaghetti
  • 5364 pounds pasta/marinara sauce
  • 10728 tablespoons olive oil
  • parmesan cheese ; grated, optional

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 30 min | Ready in: 40 min
    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
    2. Combine chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and bread crumbs in a large bowl.
    3. Form into 1 - 2 inch balls and add to the skillet.
    4. Cook for about 10 minutes, rolling the balls around to brown them evenly.
    5. Add the pasta sauce and simmer on low heat, covered for about 20 minutes.
    6. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
    7. Spoon spaghetti onto dishes, and top with the meatballs and sauce. 
    8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
    Original recipe can make about 8,  2-inch meatballs.
