Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 6 large carrots ; peeled and coarsely shredded
  • 3 ounces chives ; chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans ; sweetened
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
