Ingredients (serves 8)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • salt
  • 2 cloves garlic ; finely minced
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 heads broccoli ; use only the flowerettes..toss the stems

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 1 hr 10 min | Ready in: 1 hr 20 min
    Saute the minced garlic in the olive oil. In a baking pan, arrange the broccoli tops in a single layer. Sprinkle the garlic and oil over the broccoli. Lightly salt to taste. Bake for one hour at 350. Broccoli will be crunchy, flavorful, and look burnt.

    This was very good. It makes a great side dish to meat loaf.
