  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup onions ; chopped
  • 2 pounds beef
  • 2 egg(s)
  • 1 dash thyme
  • 2 tablespoons green bell pepper ; chopped
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 dash marjoram
  • 1/2 cup crackers ; Ritz crackers work well

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 1 hr 30 min | Ready in: 1 hr 45 min
    Combine all ingredients, put in a 9 x 13 in. pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. :o)
