Directions
Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 35 min
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add remaining ingredients except tortilla chips and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium low and cook an additional 10 minutes,stirring constantly until chicken is cooked through.
- To serve, spoon mixture over tortilla chips and top with cheddar cheese.

pretty easy to make and tastes good too. i used canola oil instead of vegetable oil.
