Ingredients (serves 7)

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 12 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper ; chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter ; melted
  • 3 cups chicken
  • 10 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onions ; chopped
  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 pound egg noodles ; wide

  • You will also need: casserole dish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Prepare egg noodles to package directions.
    3. Line bottom of casserole dish.
    4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    5. Spoon into the casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
