  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 large apples ; Cortlands are best, peel, core, and quarter
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice ; Canned or bottled lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • Directions

    Place all ingedients in an electric blender and blend at a medium speed about one minute or until mixture is smooth. Tase for sweetness and add more honey if desired. Serve quickly.
