Ingredients (serves 11208)

  • 467 teaspoons cumin
  • 3736 pounds chicken ; halved
  • 1868 teaspoons oregano
  • 7472 tablespoons orange juice
  • 7472 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 467 cups butter ; melted
  • 467 cups corn oil
  • 467 cups onions ; minced
  • 3736 tablespoons garlic ; minced

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 25 min | Ready in: 4 hr 40 min
    1. Combine all incredients except chicken in large, nonmetallic shallow pan. Add chicken, turning to coat.
    2. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight if possible.
    3. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium coals, or broil 4 inches from heat until browned, turning and basting with remaining marinade, about 25 minutes.
    4. Slice chicken and serve with torillas, beans, rice and/or salsa.
