Ingredients (serves 60264)

  • 2511 teaspoons cumin
  • 20088 pounds chicken ; halved
  • 10044 teaspoons oregano
  • 40176 tablespoons orange juice
  • 40176 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2511 cups butter ; melted
  • 2511 cups corn oil
  • 2511 cups onions ; minced
  • 20088 tablespoons garlic ; minced

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 25 min | Ready in: 4 hr 40 min
    1. Combine all incredients except chicken in large, nonmetallic shallow pan. Add chicken, turning to coat.
    2. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight if possible.
    3. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium coals, or broil 4 inches from heat until browned, turning and basting with remaining marinade, about 25 minutes.
    4. Slice chicken and serve with torillas, beans, rice and/or salsa.
