  • 3888 ounces shrimp ; cooked, with tails removed
  • 324 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 81 teaspoons ginger
  • 648 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1296 tablespoons water
  • 324 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 324 teaspoons honey
  • 1296 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 81 cups green onions ; sliced
  • 324 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 162 teaspoons cayenne pepper ; crushed, flakes

  • Directions

    Make the sauce by combining the soy sauce, pepper, ginger, water, honey and ketchup in a small bowl, and set aside.

    Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and green onions. Cook 30 seconds. Add the shrimp, and toss mixture to coat with oil.

    Stir in the sauce. Cook and stir until sauce is thick and bubbly. Serve with rice, if desired.
