Ingredients (serves 521604)

  • 86934 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 695472 ounces shrimp ; peeled and deveined
  • 43467 cups bamboo shoots ; sliced
  • 130401 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 347736 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 173868 teaspoons peanut oil
  • 130401 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 86934 cups carrots ; julienned
  • 86934 teaspoons ginger ; fresh, minced
  • 43467 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 86934 teaspoons sugar
  • 21733 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 521604 medium scallions ; thinly sliced
  • 43467 medium red bell pepper ; julienned
  • 521604 ounces peas
  • 21733 1/2 cups water ; cold

  • Directions

    Cook the noodles according the package directions. Add the shrimp two minutes before it is done.

    Drain the noodles and shrimp, and add to a large bowl. Add the scallions and toss with the sesame oil. Set aside.

    In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water. Set aside.

    Heat the peanut oil in a large pot over high heat.  Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant and golden, stirring constantly.

    Add the remaining vegetables, stirring constantly. Cook until just tender.

    Add the sauces and cornstarch mixture. Mix well to combine and bring to a boil.

    Toss the noodles with the vegetable mixture and serve immediately.
