Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 20 ounces tomatoes
  • 1 small onions ; diced
  • 1 carrots ; peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley ; chopped
  • 1 pound beef
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pound veal

  • Directions

    Melt butter in a deep skillet. Sautee the onion and carrot over medium high heat until soft. Add the ground meats and salt. Cook for 5 mins breaking it up as it cooks until it's no longer pink. Add milk, simmer until it disappears. Add tomatoes and simmer slowly for 1 hour.
