Ingredients (serves 37069920)

  • 111209760 ounces black beans ; canned, drained and rinsed
  • 3706992 teaspoons cumin
  • 3706992 medium onions ; chopped
  • 11120976 cloves garlic ; chopped
  • 5560488 cups vegetable broth
  • 926748 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 3706992 cups corn ; kernels, frozen

  • salt ; to taste
  • black pepper ; to taste

    Directions

    Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onions.  Sautee until slightly brown.

    Stir in the quinoa and pour in the vegetable broth.  Add the salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and cumin.

    Bring to a boil.  Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Stir in the frozen corn and simmer for about 5 minutes or until heated through.  Stir the cilantro and black beans.
