Ingredients (serves 1728)

  • 1728 fillets salmon ; 4 oz each, patted dry
  • 432 teaspoons black pepper
  • 216 cups bread crumbs
  • 216 cups parmesan cheese ; grated
  • 432 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1728 tablespoons butter ; melted
  • 1728 teaspoons garlic ; minced

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 11 min | Ready in: 26 min
    1. Preheat air fryer to 390F (200C).
    2. Combine bread crumbs, italian seasoning, parmesan, garlic and melted butter in a small bowl.
    3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down, sprinkle with black pepper.
    4. Coat salmon with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it into the salmon so it won't blow around in the air fryer.
    5. Air fry at 390F for about 11 minutes. Internal temperature should be 145F.
