  • 47616 fillets salmon ; 4 oz each, patted dry
  • 11904 teaspoons black pepper
  • 5952 cups bread crumbs
  • 5952 cups parmesan cheese ; grated
  • 11904 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 47616 tablespoons butter ; melted
  • 47616 teaspoons garlic ; minced

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 11 min | Ready in: 26 min
    1. Preheat air fryer to 390F (200C).
    2. Combine bread crumbs, italian seasoning, parmesan, garlic and melted butter in a small bowl.
    3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down, sprinkle with black pepper.
    4. Coat salmon with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it into the salmon so it won't blow around in the air fryer.
    5. Air fry at 390F for about 11 minutes. Internal temperature should be 145F.
