  • 1 medium cucumber ; thinly sliced
  • 1/2 large tomatoes ; thinly sliced
  • 1/4 small onions ; red, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    1. Toss the onions, cucumber and tomato together in a medium bowl.
    2. Stir in the salt, pepper, mayonnaise and vinegar until the vegetables are coated.
    3. Store in the refrigerator, covered, for 1 hour or until serving.
