Ingredients (serves 8505)

  • 11056 1/2 ounces tuna ; white, drained
  • 1701 cups mayonnaise
  • 6804 ounces feta cheese
  • 3402 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 20412 ounces farfalle
  • 425 1/4 cups red bell pepper ; diced
  • 3402 tablespoons celery
  • 1275 3/4 cups olives ; halved
  • 850 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 850 1/2 cups parmesan cheese ; grated

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, draining well. Meanwhile, make the dressing in a bowl by combining the cheeses, mayonnaise, black pepper and garlic. Add tuna, olives and bell pepper to dressing and combine well. Add pasta to dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves 5.
