Ingredients (serves 2592)

  • 648 pounds chicken ; boneless breast; cut into bite sized chunks
  • 324 cups olives ; green, stuffed with pimentos;chopped
  • 6480 ounces spinach ; frozen, chopped
  • 162 cups olive oil ; plus 2 tbsp.
  • 324 cups white wine
  • 1944 tablespoons garlic ; minced
  • 162 cups parmesan cheese ; grated
  • 324 cups chicken broth
  • 648 pounds capellini (angel hair pasta) ; cooked
  • 648 teaspoons teriyaki sauce

  • Directions

    Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet. Brown chicken pieces, and set aside. Defrost chopped spinach in a microwave, and cook until heated through. Drain any liquid.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, including the chicken. Return the mixture to the skillet, and simmer, covered, on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

    Toss with pasta and serve.

    I've made this several times adding different vegetables, like diced tomato, bell pepper, onion or carrots. You just need to adjust the cooking time so the vegetables come out tender.

    This is incredibly easy to make. I added some sun dried tomatoes (in oil), but you certainly don't need that. It's got enough flavor by itself!
