Ingredients

2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons allspice
2 teaspoons ginger ; powdered
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a glass container and cover tightly. Store for up to several weeks in a cool, dark place. Makes enough to marinate 2 lbs. of meat.
