  • 175040 fluid ounces water
  • 8752 medium onions ; chopped
  • 26256 apples ; tart, green, peeled and chopped
  • 2188 teaspoons black pepper
  • 262560 fluid ounces chicken broth
  • 2188 cups heavy cream
  • 8752 medium butternut squash ; peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 4376 teaspoons cinnamon ; or to taste
  • 4376 teaspoons nutmeg ; or to taste

     Prep: 20 min | Cook: 55 min | Ready in: 1 hr 15 min
    Combine all ingredients, except cream. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered 45 minutes. Puree soup in blender. Return mixture to sauce pan and bring to boiling point. Before serving, add cream.
