A cheesy appetizer to serve with crackers.

Original recipe serves 6.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese ; at room temperature
8 ounces cheddar cheese ; at room temperature, shredded
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup pecans ; chopped, divided
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation:

Combine cheeses, garlic powder, lemon juice, pepper and 1/4 cup of the pecans and roll into a log. Top with the remaining pecans. Wrap in aluminum foil and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
