An Asian-inspired salmon grilled on cedar planks. Goes well with rice and roasted asparagus.

Directions
Prep: 1 hr 30 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 1 hr 50 min
- Soak three, untreated 12-inch cedar planks in warm water for at least an hour.
- Meanwhile, combine the soy sauce, green onions, oils, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger in a shallow dish.
- Add the salmon, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes; up to one hour.
- Heat a grill to medium heat. Place the cedar planks on the grill. When they start to crackle and smoke a little, they are ready.
- Place the salmon fillets on the planks. Discard the marinade.
- Cover, and cook for about 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
