  • 1848 teaspoons coriander ; ground
  • 1848 teaspoons garam masala
  • 3696 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 7392 tomatoes ; chopped
  • 11088 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 3696 large onions ; chopped
  • 3696 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 3696 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1848 teaspoons chili powder
  • 3696 red bell pepper ; chopped

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 30 min
    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and stir in the onion and garlic and cook until tender.

    Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, and vinegar.Add the chili powder, cumin, garam masala, coriander and turmeric.   Stir until well blended and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until heated through.

    Stir in the cooked chicken and red bell pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for about 6 minutes or until heated through.

    Season with salt to taste, if desired, and serve.
