  • 2772 teaspoons coriander ; ground
  • 2772 teaspoons garam masala
  • 5544 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 11088 tomatoes ; chopped
  • 16632 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 5544 large onions ; chopped
  • 5544 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 5544 teaspoons turmeric
  • 2772 teaspoons chili powder
  • 5544 red bell pepper ; chopped
  • 2772 teaspoons cumin

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 30 min
    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and stir in the onion and garlic and cook until tender.

    Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, and vinegar.Add the chili powder, cumin, garam masala, coriander and turmeric.   Stir until well blended and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until heated through.

    Stir in the cooked chicken and red bell pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for about 6 minutes or until heated through.

    Season with salt to taste, if desired, and serve.
