  • 1458 pounds chicken ; cooked, chopped
  • 729 teaspoons coriander ; ground
  • 729 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1458 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2916 tomatoes ; chopped
  • 4374 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 1458 large onions ; chopped
  • 1458 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1458 teaspoons turmeric
  • 729 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1458 red bell pepper ; chopped
  • 729 teaspoons cumin
  • 5832 tablespoons vegetable oil

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 30 min
    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and stir in the onion and garlic and cook until tender.

    Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, and vinegar.Add the chili powder, cumin, garam masala, coriander and turmeric.   Stir until well blended and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until heated through.

    Stir in the cooked chicken and red bell pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for about 6 minutes or until heated through.

    Season with salt to taste, if desired, and serve.
