Ingredients (serves 8640)

  • 2160 pounds chicken ; cooked, chopped
  • 1080 teaspoons coriander ; ground
  • 1080 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2160 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4320 tomatoes ; chopped
  • 6480 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 2160 large onions ; chopped
  • 2160 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2160 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1080 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2160 red bell pepper ; chopped
  • 1080 teaspoons cumin
  • 8640 tablespoons vegetable oil

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 30 min
    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and stir in the onion and garlic and cook until tender.

    Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, and vinegar.Add the chili powder, cumin, garam masala, coriander and turmeric.   Stir until well blended and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until heated through.

    Stir in the cooked chicken and red bell pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for about 6 minutes or until heated through.

    Season with salt to taste, if desired, and serve.
